Ability to understand someone else’s feelings

My deeper understanding about UX design began with this amazing course. Knowing and understanding people (users) led me to question so many things, which usually looked so obvious. This phase - Empathize - opened my eyes and made me see how different, unique and special everyone is. It made me think about accessibility and all of those who are left behind.

As my first project in this course I choose to create a simple app for a cafe in Vilnius city. First job was to conduct 7 real interviews and to know my users better. I created my very first Persona and user journey.
